Digitalization and Industrialized Construction: Anticipating to Build Better

29 de April de 2026 | Admin

Technology as a tool to transform construction

At Evowall Technology we understand digitalisation as a key tool to improve the way industrialised construction is designed, coordinated and executed. Our construction system, developed under high energy efficiency criteria and aligned with the Passivhaus standard, is based on an envelope designed 100% tailor-made for each project. This level of customization is only possible thanks to a digital and collaborative working methodology that allows us to define and validate critical points before reaching the construction site.

In a context where the sector is facing increasingly demanding challenges such as shorter delivery times, a shortage of skilled labour, the need to enhance construction quality, and growing energy performance requirements, digitalisation has become a key tool in transforming the way we build.

From the architectural project to the digital twin

Based on the CAD or Revit models of the architecture team, we generate a complete digital twin in a BIM environment. This model allows us to precisely define both the elements of the Evowall system and all the singular points related to the work: construction details, carpentry, installations or critical points of the envelope.

Using tools such as Revit and Tekla we also develop the manufacturing model of the project, from which we obtain the necessary plans for production, assembly and execution.

Solve earlier to build better

One of the main contributions of digitalisation is the ability to anticipate problems and make decisions before construction begins.

Many of the aspects that are traditionally resolved during site visits are worked on during the digitization phase, with all the agents coordinated in front of a single shared model. This allows you to reduce improvisation, avoid execution errors and minimize costly changes during construction.

Working on these decisions in the office also facilitates better planning of materials, deadlines and construction processes.

BIM, traceability and technical control

The BIM methodology allows us to develop both the project model and the manufacturing model of the system. Based on this model, we generate the manufacturing and execution plans for each project. Working on a single digital model allows you to have greater control of the entire project both in the drafting and execution phases by all those involved.

This digitalisation also provides more traceability and technical security throughout the process, an aspect that is especially relevant for insurers and technical control bodies (OCTs) when working with industrialised projects. In addition, the EVOWALL system provides double peace of mind to these agents with the certification of the European Technical Assessment

Industrialize without losing constructive knowledge

Industrialized construction is not just about manufacturing off-site, but about combining technology, construction experience, and technical knowledge to build more efficiently and accurately.

At Evowall, digitization allows us to integrate this knowledge from the early stages of the project and ensure that each decision is worked on with the highest level of control before execution.

More courage, less improvisation · More control and less uncertainty · Reduce errors and build better
