Evowall Brings Architects and Developers Together in Andorra to Demonstrate How Industrialized Construction Makes Distinctive Architecture Possible Without Limits

20 de October de 2026 | Evowall

A visit to two architecturally outstanding homes built using the Evowall system—one in the midst of assembly and the other completed and award-winning—showcased how construction speed, design freedom and exceptional comfort can go hand in hand.

Auvinyà (Andorra), October 2026.

Evowall Technology has hosted a professional event bringing together architects and developers from Catalonia and Andorra to demonstrate, first-hand, the potential of its industrialized construction system: fast and precise assembly, full adaptability to architectural designs, and outstanding energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

The highlight of the event was the opportunity to visit two real homes, located just a few metres apart and at different stages of construction. On the one hand, a building site in the midst of assembly allowed attendees to observe the Evowall system and its construction process up close. On the other, a completed and occupied home, recognised with the People’s Choice Award at the 2026 Andorran Architecture Awards, offered the opportunity to experience the finished architectural result.

It was a rare opportunity to see, without prototypes or simulations, how industrialized construction can accelerate the building process while delivering distinctive, ambitious architecture without compromising the quality of the spaces.

Fast Assembly and Construction Precision on a Real Building Site

The visit to the home under construction was conducted in collaboration with A24 Arquitectura, the architectural practice responsible for the project, and Zehnder, the supplier of the ventilation systems installed in both homes.

Attendees were able to explore the Evowall system, which is based on two-dimensional panels manufactured to measure for each project. These panels make it possible to industrialize the building’s structure and envelope, including walls, floor slabs and roofs.

During the tour, participants examined the panels, the connections between components and the construction solutions that typically remain hidden once a building is complete. The involvement of the different professionals also provided an opportunity to explore the architectural decisions, technical development, advance coordination and integration of building services in greater depth.

One of the Evowall system’s key differentiators is its adaptability. Rather than relying on standardized models, each project is developed specifically around its architectural design, geometry and technical requirements. In this way, industrialization serves architecture, rather than the other way around.

For Evowall, integrating architectural design with the industrial process is one of the keys to achieving higher construction quality. Industrialization means anticipating decisions, digitally coordinating the structure, building envelope and installations, and resolving construction details before work begins on site.

This preparatory work allows a substantial part of the construction process to be transferred to a controlled industrial environment, reducing on-site work, improving precision and quality control, and making construction schedules more predictable.

Award-Winning Architecture and Comfort: The System’s Results in Practice

The second visit demonstrated how this technology translates into completed architecture. Participants toured a finished and occupied Evowall home that received the People’s Choice Award at the 2026 Andorran Architecture Awards and achieved Passivhaus Low Energy certification.

With its distinctive architecture and careful integration into the surrounding landscape, the home demonstrated the system’s ability to bring architecturally ambitious projects to life while fully preserving the creative freedom of their designers.

Beyond its architectural qualities, one of the aspects that most impressed attendees was the home’s indoor comfort. The visit offered a first-hand experience of the performance of a high-efficiency building envelope, where insulation, airtightness and construction quality work together to create healthy and comfortable living spaces.

This combination of architecture, energy efficiency and well-being demonstrated that the benefits of industrialized construction extend beyond the building phase. They are also reflected in the finished building’s overall quality and in the everyday experience of the people who live in it.

A Meeting to Share Experiences and Drive a New Way of Building

The event brought together architects and developers from Catalonia and Andorra in a small-group format that encouraged direct contact between professionals and the exchange of knowledge.

Following the visits, attendees shared an informal lunch at the completed home, providing a relaxed setting in which to continue the conversations initiated during the tour. The gathering encouraged the exchange of experiences and reflection on the construction sector’s current challenges, particularly the importance of collaboration between architecture, engineering and industry in delivering increasingly demanding projects.

Through this initiative, Evowall reinforces its commitment to bringing industrialized construction closer to professionals through real-world projects. By demonstrating how the speed and precision of an industrial process can coexist with architectural freedom, sustainability and exceptional residential comfort, the company highlights the potential of a new approach to building that combines design excellence with high performance.
