Presentation of the European project La Termal and debate on the PERTE for industrialised construction
Evowall was present at Construmat 2025, the leading construction trade fair, with a strong commitment to showcasing, explaining and sharing the values of our industrialised system. At an event that welcomed over 23,000 visitors and 368 exhibitors, we connected with professionals from all over and had the opportunity to take part in two especially enriching sessions.
On one hand, we brought La Termal to the Sustainable Building Congress, within the Health and Biohabitability block. On the other, we took part in a strategic debate on the PERTE, alongside other leading companies in the sector. Two key opportunities to share knowledge, generate debate, and focus on the real transformation of the construction sector.

Featured Talk: “La Termal, a pilot project of industrialised and energy-positive multi-family buildings”
Evowall’s first major contribution at Construmat was our participation in the Sustainable Building Congress, with the presentation of La Termal, one of the four European pilot projects under the REN+HOMES programme.
The presentation featured:
- Gemma Anguera, Commercial Director at Evowall
- Gemma Blanes, Architect at HEM Green & Balanced Architecture
- Roger Casasús, Head of Technical Office at Roig Construccions
Together, they explained how this real-world project a development of 14 dwellings across two 4-storey buildings has demonstrated that it is possible to industrialise multi-family housing, achieve energy positivity, and shorten deadlines, all while maintaining quality and urban integration.
The room was full, and the interest generated has consolidated La Termal cas a benchmark success case in sustainable construction.

Strategic Debate: “How will the approval of the PERTE transform the construction sector?”
One of the most relevant roundtables of the congress was the debate on how the PERTE could impact the construction sector and foster a transition to more sustainable and industrialised models.
Participants included:
- Erika Ibargüen Pomarino – Specification Manager at URSA
- Fernando Catalán – Executive President of Inmat by Ciare
- Eloi Tarrés – CEO of Evowall Technology
- Jordi Ruiz – CEO of Set Modular Systems
The debate highlighted the need for the PERTE to be implemented realistically, considering the existing technologies and construction systems that already offer efficient, low-carbon industrialised solutions.
Evowall argued that this public support framework should prioritise initiatives that combine innovation, industrialisation and sustainability, with measurable impact and immediate applicability. A well-designed PERTE can be the accelerator for the structural change the sector urgently needs.
A stand with a real system and media attention
Beyond our participation in the congress, Evowall featured an experiential stand with a full-scale 1:1 model of our construction system. Real wall and floor panels, as well as different building solutions, were on display.
The stand attracted a high volume of sector professionals and also caught the attention of the media. We were interviewed by TV3, La Vanguardia, Atresmedia, among others, and had the opportunity to present our system, the La Termal project and our vision for the future.

Sharing knowledge, leading change
At this edition of Construmat, Evowall consolidated its role as a transformative agent in the construction sector. We brought real solutions, shared knowledge and reaffirmed our strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.
La Termal and the Evowall system are not promises they are tangible realities already building the housing of the future. And we are doing it from here, from Catalonia, in real partnership with architects, builders and institutions committed to change.
