This past month has been especially intense for Evowall. We have taken part in several key industry events, where we shared experiences, knowledge, and our vision for the future of industrialized construction. Each gathering has been an opportunity to reinforce our commitment to more efficient, sustainable, and technological building.
Participation in conferences and discussion panels
Edificación de Vanguardia 2025
At this event, Eloi Tarrés, CEO of EvoWall Technology, participated as a speaker, offering a practical insight into the potential of industrialized methods applied to real projects and the need for a paradigm shift in planning and execution models.
Industrialized Construction Forum (AECI)
On this occasion, Eloi acted as moderator at the AECI Industrialized Construction Forum, an association of which we are members. He led a panel featuring top-level speakers: Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda – María Isabel Vergara Sánchez, Director of the PERTE for Housing Industrialization; Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) – Santiago Novoa, General Director; CUATRECASAS Legal Specialist – Carlos Lasarte; developer company CULMIA – Juan Manuel Borrás González, Operations Director; and construction company GRUPO SALAS – Pep Vila, Chief Financial Officer. The session generated a deep and enriching debate on the current state and main challenges of industrialization in the sector.
Showcasing real cases of industrialized housing
AECI Forum on Industrialized Construction 2025
At this event, we also presented the La Termal BioPassiv La Garriga project together with Gemma Blanes (architect at Green & Balanced Architecture), showcasing it as a real case of a multi-family industrialized building designed with the highest standards of energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability.

17th Passivhaus Conference
In this edition, Gemma Blanes explained how the industrialization of the Passivhaus Plus La Termal multi-family building has made it possible to optimize processes and costs, reduce execution time, and minimize on-site errors. The result speaks for itself: a project that simultaneously achieves profitability, sustainability, and maximum comfort. Objective accomplished.
Connecting with Catalonia’s industrialized ecosystem
CCiC Meeting – Catalonia’s Industrialized Construction Cluster
We participated in the Cluster’s meeting, where we contributed to the discussion and shared our perspective as a leading company in industrialization, reinforcing the role of the community and the need for a sector-wide paradigm shift to truly promote a distinctive, innovative construction model aligned with today’s challenges.
Together to transform the sector
Participation in these events confirms that the future of construction inevitably lies in industrialization.
It is essential to work collaboratively, in a multidisciplinary and bold manner, combining knowledge, innovation, regulation, and applied experience to achieve real, global, and sustainable change.
At Evowall, we will continue sharing, learning, and leading, because progress is only possible if we build it together.
