We develop Passivhaus homes with traditional Mallorcan design, highly integrated with the natural environment and built using state-of-the-art technology.

With this strategic move, we are committed to uniting Mallorca’s architectural identity with the latest innovations in sustainable construction and energy efficiency.
The first project is already underway, and it will be followed by several high-end single-family homes designed under the Passivhaus standard, which guarantees maximum comfort with almost zero energy consumption.

Traditional architecture with a technological soul.

The new homes are inspired by Mallorcan vernacular architecture: marés stone façades, pitched tiled roofs, Mallorcan shutters, and a careful selection of natural and traditional materials.

All of this is combined with our industrialized construction system, which reduces execution time by more than 80% and minimizes the environmental impact of both the structure and the building envelope.
