We have participated in EDIFICA 2026, held on February 19 in Puig de Santa Maria (Valencia), one of the key forums for the future of efficient construction, promoted by the Passivhaus Consortium.
A necessary space to talk about what really matters: how we move from discourse to work.

From theory to practice: positive energy buildings
During the success story session, our Commercial Director, Gemma Anguera, presented the talk:
“Positive energy buildings: a model to follow – how to build the buildings of the future.”
The presentation did not focus on theory, but on real experience.
Based on the La Termal project, we shared what it means to bring industrialization and the Passivhaus Plus standard into a real private development:
- The technical and process challenges that arise when transferring this model to a real project.
- The need for a high level of definition, precision and coordination between all project stakeholders.
- The mindset shift required when moving from traditional construction processes to industrialized construction.
- The learning curve the sector still faces in integrating these new construction models.
- And the positive response from the market to highly energy-efficient buildings, which are generating increasing interest among buyers.
Because transforming the sector is not a declaration of intent. It is about making it happen.

A manual to bring passive construction closer to reality
During the event, we also presented, together with Zehnder Group, the Manual on Passive and Efficient Construction, promoted by the Technical Committee of the Passivhaus Consortium.
This manual was created with a very clear objective: to bring together criteria and concepts so they can be properly understood and applied coherently.
It is a tool designed to:
- Understand the key concepts of efficient construction and their impact
- Identify the regulatory requirements within the CTE and the Passivhaus standard
- Learn how to apply these concepts throughout the different phases of a project
- Support designers, project managers, site managers, installers, energy consultants, developers and end clients
Each principle is explained from the design stage through to construction:
- What it is and why it is decisive
- Regulatory framework
- Decisions that impact execution
- Practical application
- Critical points
- Quality control
- Common errors
- Construction checklist
This is not just about dissemination.
It is a practical guide designed to facilitate coherent decisions and improve real project outcomes.

We continue to drive change
Participation in EDIFICA 2026 reinforces our commitment to a type of construction that is:
- More efficient
- More industrialized
- More predictable
- More aligned with future European regulations
